Where we ship

Memberships, event tickets and other items sold on this Site are delivered electronically (by email or through your member account); we do not ship physical goods unless the product page says so.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Shipping options, costs and any estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; estimates are not guaranteed and carrier delays can occur.

Tracking, lost or damaged parcels

When tracking is available we will share it by email. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
